At G FUEL, we want to ensure you are fully energized and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your G FUEL tubs or packs are unopened, the safety seal is intact, and the order was delivered within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our distribution center; once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
